Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice and are F.O.B. Sachse, Texas. All price changes are due to increase from manufactures or our manufacturing cost. In the unlikely event a price change is extreme you will be notified before shipment, if only slight, your order will be shipped at current price at time of shipping.

Shipping

All items that can will be shipped UPS. Others will be shipped the most economical way available. If you require special shipping please let us know at the time of order. All orders are shipped Freight Collect.

Note: All claims of damage, open or unopened must be made to the carrier.

Warranties

Sachse Rod Shop expressly disclaims and denies all claims of any warranties either implied or expressed, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular use of purpose of manufacturer warranty. Sachse Rod Shop assumes no responsibility, nor allows any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale or marketing of any item or items.

Sales Tax

All Texas residents must include the appropriate state sales tax when ordering or tax will be added to invoice at time of shipping.

How to Order

When placing an order please use part number, manufacturer and catalog page number, if items are listed. Include a brief description of part and its use such as engine type and size, transmission, suspension type, spindle kind and bolt, battery etc. If you have questions or need assistance please call us on the Tech Line and we will share with you our recommendations.

Terms

All orders will be invoiced at current prices plus sales tax, COD charges and Freight as appropriate. If sending payment in advance send only money order, bank draft or cashiers check. Personal checks or orders will not be shipped until check clears the bank. At this time, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards only. All special orders will require a 30% deposit in advance unless other arrangements are made.

Return Policy

All sales are final and merchandise may be returned only with prior consent of Sachse Rod Shop, Inc. Approved returns are subject to a handling charge of 15% and must have a copy of the original invoice. All goods approved for return must be shipped freight prepaid. Products that have been used (installed) or altered in any way (polished, chromed, painted, etc.) can not be accepted for return. All items returned should be made within 30 days of purchase. No items will be accepted for exchange or return due to an upgrade or change in manufacture.
